My Specialty is Spiritual Crisis

My work brings together psychological work, emotional process, spiritual process, and psychosomatic integration.

I work with people who are going through intense inner experiences that have become difficult to understand, stabilize, or integrate. This includes dark night of the soul, intense kundalini awakening, and other forms of spiritual crisis in which something deeper has been activated and the old structure of the self no longer holds in the same way.

This is often what therapy leaves unresolved, especially when the process is deeply spiritual, symbolic, and difficult to contain within conventional frameworks.

This kind of process is often misunderstood.

Sometimes it is romanticized. Sometimes it is pathologized. Sometimes spiritual language becomes a form of spiritual bypassing that distances the person from the emotional, psychological, and bodily reality of the process.

Not every intense inner state is spiritual growth. Not every collapse is transformation. And not every spiritual explanation leads to real integration.

My work is to help people understand what is happening, stabilize within it, and integrate what has already begun.

I do this through my Post-Therapy Soul Integration Protocol, supported by Emotional & Psychosomatic Integration Therapy™ (EPIT).

EPIT works across:

  • emotional processes
  • psychosomatic responses in the body
  • inner imagery and symbolic material
  • Jungian archetypal dynamics
  • shifts in consciousness

I work across different spiritual and symbolic frameworks, including yoga and kundalini, Vedic traditions, Kabbalistic traditions, symbolic systems, occult frameworks, and also experiences that emerge without any formal system at all.

The form differs. The underlying process is often similar.

If you are in a spiritual crisis, and what is happening feels deeper or more destabilizing than the frameworks around you can adequately contain, this work may be relevant to you.

This work does not replace psychotherapy, medical, or psychiatric care. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. This is integrative support.
